The #OneSlough Awards will celebrate the achievements of<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0local voluntary and community groups, volunteers and statutory and business partnerships in Slough.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The #OneSlough initiative was created at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Bringing together, the voluntary, and business sectors and faith communities, with Slough Borough Council, resources and skills were combined, to deliver essential services to Slough residents.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

#OneSlough is led by Slough Council for Voluntary Service (Charity No. 1069086). The Charity has been running a celebratory event for volunteers and the sector since 2012. This year Slough CVS is also celebrating its 90th year supporting residents in the town!<\/span><\/p>\n

The Awards ceremony took place on Friday 17th November with a dinner and entertainment.<\/p>\n
