The #OneSlough Awards will celebrate the achievements of<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0local voluntary and community groups, volunteers and statutory and business partnerships in Slough.<\/strong><\/p>\n The #OneSlough initiative was created at the start of the pandemic in March 2020. Bringing together, the voluntary, and business sectors and faith communities, with Slough Borough Council, resources and skills were combined, to deliver essential services to Slough residents.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.24.0″ text_font=”||||||||” text_font_size=”16px” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n We received some fantastic nominations for voluntary group and volunteers. The Charity has been running a celebratory event for volunteers and the sector since 2012. Over the last few years Mars has supported the Slough CVS awards ceremony to recognise the great work volunteers in Slough contribute to their community.
